Koshiro Nishiki, which I missed out on buying yesterday. The store where I bought it said that only half of last year's supply was in stock this year, and that there were no bottles available! When I went to buy Tasake Kojo-no-no-nishiki, I was told that the arrival was delayed by half a day, so I bought this. Moreover, it was a junmai ginjo because they were sold out of the special junmai ginjo. However, I have tried 5 different kinds of Morai-sama so far, and I have not been disappointed with Morai. Tomorrow I will try to buy a super-harakuchi nama-shu along with the tazake. As for the taste, let's just say I'm happy to drink this nama-shu in the summer time. Delicious 😋.

I imagined a clean 🍶 based on the reviews. Kirei is kirei but the aftertaste habit is not my cup of tea. I wonder if anyone else doesn't mind it? I've decided to rock it. This solved the problem!

I'm drunk and my operation is messy, and my neighbor's dog🐕 is in the picture. Sorry about that. As you know, it's a very beautiful sake that you would never think it was low-polished. It's delicious and has a Shinmasa-like flavor. I bought it at a fixed price near my office. Lucky🤞.

Fresh is good, but fire-roasted is also ○. Muscat. I gave two squares to a drinking party at work and they disappeared in seconds... I'm happy to say that it's highly rated!

This is the fourth bottle this year. It is more fruity than last year and slightly reminds me of Kameizumi Cell24. Personally, I prefer last year's a little more, but the fact that I've had four bottles means it's good. Some places are still selling it, so maybe I'll go for the fifth bottle.
