It tasted like first love. It has a soft lactic acid aroma and is not gassy. It is perfect for strong flavored dishes. The label says it uses three times as much koji as we do. I wonder if it is profitable. I am worried. The power of koji may make your skin smooth. I would like to drink it by the bottle, but I don't have enough space in my refrigerator. It's a pity. I would like to keep this sake on hand.
