Last year, we drank Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake, which was quite tasty, so we had high expectations for this one as well 😁.
At first it was nice with a moderate sweetness 🥰.
Maybe because it's a summer sake, it has a strong acidity.
The second half is a bit heavy 😅the heavy part of classic sake is showing 🤔.
