This sake is subtitled "The Quest for Heated SAKE. When I first tried it cold, I thought it was an easy-drinking sake in the Kaze no Mori style, but when I tried the recommended lukewarm heating, the gorgeousness, sweetness, and acidity expanded and became even more delicious.
