マグロ漁船
Sake in Nagasaki Prefecture.
National conquest reach🀄
The only prefecture I haven't drunk yet is Miyazaki Prefecture.
But I don't think I can achieve it.
The aroma that comes out of the bottle is a little bit like cooked rice.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to drink it again.
It is quite powerful.
I can also taste sweetness. The sweetness is like brown sugar.
The sourness is not so strong.
Bitterness appears in the middle of the taste.
The overall impression is umami-sweet and bitter.
It is more of a classic type of sake, but it does not have any quirks that bother me, and it has the thickness of a Junmaishu.
It is best served warmed as a midday sake.
I would like to try it with Nagasaki chanpon or Sara Udon.
