Kagataya Sake Brewery Spring Sake Tasting
This brewery uses flower yeast. Selfishly, the name of the flower gives an impression of the flavor, which makes me avoid it.
Tasted cold, the flavor was tight and the carbonation on the palate, as well as the sweetness and acidity, were both pleasant.
