Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Sake Akaban Omachi Nama Sake
Rating 4.4
Rice used: 80% Omachi from the Akaban district of Okayama Prefecture; Polishing ratio: 50%; Alcohol content: 14% (unpasteurized)
Omachi, tropical fruitiness. It has a sharpness, and the moment it comes out strongly in the mouth, it seems to melt away and disappear, with a fullness and sharpness. It has a high degree of sophistication and gently seeps into the palate.
It is fresh, but at the same time, it is smooth. It has a sugary sweetness that is typical of Omachi. The convergence is well-balanced as a food sake with a spicy bitterness. As a packaged sake, it is a little heavy-bodied.
