I had an impression of mellow sake from Toyo Bijin, so I was intrigued by the large dryness on the label.
Drink it cold
Mild aroma
Firm rice flavor on the palate.
Slightly strong dryness right away.
The taste is immediately sharp and the aftertaste is not sticky at all, very clear.
Delicious dry sake that lives up to its label.
Very tasty with tofu, which brings out the flavors of both the snacks and the sake
It also goes well with sashimi, so it may be a versatile sake that can be paired with just about anything!
When warmed up, it seems a bit bland.
I would like to go back to this restaurant because the snacks are elaborate and go well with sake!
