The third sake was Yokoyama.
I was discussing with the owner about what sake to recommend to my junior staff, and he offered me a glass of Yokoyama, so I chose it because I wanted to drink it myself.
Yamadanishiki 100%, Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%.
The aroma was good. The sweetness was not as strong as Oumine's, but it was fresh, effervescent, and easy to drink.
The owner offered us a new sake that was not on the menu.
Such a good sake, it's foul, right?
