Shinkazu
A robust sake with a strong drinking experience.
It is dry with a strong umami flavor and has an old sake feel.
The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, so be careful, but we just had an out-of-season nabe, and it was a great combination.
This is a nabe in winter. No doubt about it. If you are going to have nabe, you should definitely drink it.
