Rice used Yamada Nishiki

For the second time!
Last time I thought I had looked at 70% milling ratio, but it was 80%. The manufacturer says it's particular about 80%.
Even with the low milling ratio, it has a good Yamadanishiki flavor.
The quality is more than enough for an ordinary evening drink (this is just my personal feeling).
It's good at cost.
Good for warmed-up sake too, of course.
