A rare opportunity to see craft saké from all over Japan at one place
Mr. Yoji Adachi of Adachi Nozo Brewery and one other person came to the booth, but I didn't know who it was...
Mr. Adachi took care of it.
We started with Adachi Nozai Brewery's sake.
He told us that he brews his sake in an apartment complex in Takatsuki and that he does everything by himself.
The sake we drank was
MIYOI Craft STRAWBERRY
I bought it because it was the best of its kind with rich sweetness and fruitiness 😋.
MIYOI Craft Malibu at the danchi
Made with pineapple and mango. Clean sweetness compared to strawberry.
MIYOI ORIGIN
It is said to be once-fired. It is made with raspberries, but it seems to be the same as regular sake. Is it a standard sake?
I think the label was designed by a famous game creator, but I forgot 😅.
The other person who came was the head brewer of LIBROM.
