This is the third bottle that I've bought as an adult. The previous two bottles didn't have the traditional Chardonnay character, but for some reason this one is nice and tasty. I think it might be better to let it sit for a while. I hear that it is a difficult sake and that they are having a hard time with it, but I hope they can overcome the difficulties and bring out the Japanese rhyme style!
