Ingredients Rice (produced in Akita), Rice Koji (produced in Akita) Rice used 100% sake brewing rice (harvested in Akita in 2022) Polishing ratio 45% (both koji rice and kake rice are 45%) Yeast used: Kyokai No. 6 Alcohol content 13%. It has a clean mouthfeel and a firm aftertaste. The pleasant effervescence is like champagne. The bottle is also very nice.
