I had never seen this brand before, so I bought it and had it with vinegared mackerel.
It was the first sake I had had in a while, and it was quite dry, but after drinking it for a while and getting used to it, the umami flavor spread to the palate nicely.
It seems to go well with sashimi rather than vinegared mackerel.
