This is the first Katsuma I got on a trip to Hokuriku.
The first thing you feel is sourness and umami spreading out, with a smooth aftertaste.
There is not much fruity flavor.
It reminded me of the first time I drank tazake (rice wine) a long time ago. It is a sake that you can drink easily without getting tired of drinking.
