It is filled with the smell of gin-ko (gin), and it is already sweet and delicious.

The pineapple-like sublimation smell and the sweet flavor that rides on the tongue is as expected, and I am amazed at the exquisite sense of balance; it keeps the boundary between viscosity and clarity beautifully.

I think it is not too long lasting, but I thought it was too soon to be sharp. I can't think straight...

Unfortunately, the brewing Alc is felt on the back of the tongue... I want more burning... I especially want a sublimation smell. If there were, it would be unbeatable!

The taste is not unique, to be honest...I've tasted something like this before...can't it be substituted by a gift?

The first half of the bottle is very cohesive, with a concentrated flavor and beauty, just as advertised, but I am not satisfied with the way it settles down in the last half of the bottle, and I wish the slight smell of sublimation in the last half of the bottle had been more noticeable. Again, it is not a unique flavor.

The temperature rises, the goodness of the first and second halves is reversed. the initial speed slows down, but the "moiness" of the final speed increases, giving a clear and mild impression. the sublimation smell also increases slightly.
All this is due to the difficulty of obtaining it, and SAKE of the same level is certainly close at hand. ‼︎

The sweetness and umami remain the same (the roundness increases) as the temperature rises further, and the burning sensation at the finish increases. The brewing Alc becomes less noticeable.
It is +7 points after the flower cools down.
