The name "Kinkei" was coined by the young employees of Tenzan Sake Brewery in Shichida, and it is a word that they came up with to describe a variety of flavors that can be enjoyed at different temperatures, like the various patterns of brocade.
The fresh sweetness, soft acidity, and refreshing aftertaste make it easy to drink.
