Picus(ピカス)This sake is bottled by Sake no Kawashima (Sendai City) at the request of the brewer, and is available only at sake shops. The Yamahai Junmai that is usually sold is a clean and less habitual sake despite being Yamahai, but this sake has a lactic acidity and is very drinkable because it is an unfiltered pure sake (*^^*).
