Sawa Hime Junmai Ginjo [True Local Sake Declaration] Premium Yumesasara Limited Edition
I tasted it at "Traveling SAKE" in Hankyu Department Store and was going to buy the special junmai, but it was sold out, so I bought this one 😅.
I drank it at the end of SAKE Spring a few years ago and said "It was the best taste of the day! I told him that it was the best one of the day and he poured sake into a small plastic bottle filled with water and took it home 🤣 I have a good memory of Sawahime.
I had it cold.
The top aroma is fruity with a hint of alkaloa in the back.
It is clear and clear right out of the fridge, and at first it seems a little loose and lacking, but a hint of sweetness spreads through and the spiciness is not so noticeable.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness gradually becomes more pronounced, and the fruity flavor is followed by a hint of sweetness. The bitterness is followed by a slight bitterness, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
It is a little spicy...but it is good as a food sake.
