I think the sharpness of this area is the same as Morishima.
There is a moderate thickness to the umami, so it is not lacking at all.
The acidity is not strong, but it is there.

The back label says it is a refreshing dry sake, and it tastes exactly like that.
It is a perfect accompaniment to an ordinary dinner.
