It was recommended in the store, and it matched my pocketbook, so I decided on it.
The name is also cool. It looks like a kabuki actor.
The feature of this sake is that it is fermented with lactic acid bacteria. There is a seal on it.
Now, the aroma is not so strong, it's like a fragile grapefruit.
