This sake won the "Gold Award" at the Singapore Sake Challenge 2023.
It also won second place in the "Junmai Ginjo Division" of the Nanbu Touji Sake Competition.
100% Miyamanishiki rice, a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Aizu, is used.
It is quite gentle, refreshing, and easy to drink.
It is so beautiful that at first sip, I thought it was sweet water...? I thought.
But from the second sip, the sourness and bitterness become apparent.
The more you drink, the more you can easily feel the bitterness.
The alcohol is a biting taste that lingers on the tongue.
