MOMOKO
Kuheiji
Junmai Daiginjo, cut down to 35%.
Beautiful sake.
It is more crisp than expected.
It seems to go well with a meal.
I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, so it has a nice sharpness compared to other sakes.
It's a refreshing sake, just like a daiginjo.
It seems to be a clean sake with no cloying taste.
The fruity taste is restrained.
It seems to be better when it is back to room temperature than when it is too cold.
