It is a super Kudokigayo polished to 30%.
The sake rice is "modified Shinkou". It is said to be an improved version of Shinkou 190, which has Kame no O in its parentage.
The taste is like the color of the label, pineapple in full bloom. It is an easy to understand and delicious sake.
