Gin Neko
We opened a bottle of Masumi barrel sake that we received for lunchtime drinking on Saturday. The classical flavor is well accented by the aroma of cedar. It has a very mild mouthfeel and finishes with a bitter taste. It is not spectacular, but I thought it was very tasty.
