Shinsei Noumin Geijutsu Kairon
Part of Shinsei's top-of-the-line Astral Plateau line, Farmer's Art Introduction is a sake brewed with Rikuwa No. 132, a classic rice produced in Akita during the Taisho Era (1912-1926).
This one is brewed with special "Rikuwa" rice grown in Shinsei Sake Brewery's own rice fields in "Uyo," a "pesticide-free sake rice hometown.
The name "Noumin Geijutsu no Kairon" comes from a draft of Kenji Miyazawa, who devoted himself to the popularization of "Rikuwa".
