Benten daughter
Very cold. Drinking warm sake.
At room temperature, it has a unique smell of aged sake, but when warmed up, it has a gentle aroma like wood and reminds me of the scenery of Wakazakura. It is as refreshing as water. It tastes best at a slightly cooled temperature.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Wakazakura Town, Tottori Prefecture.
For better or worse, the town is not overly developed and has a quaint old-fashioned atmosphere. The town seems to have a thriving forestry industry, and the scent of trees wafts through the air.
When I told them that I had never seen Benten Musume in Nagano Prefecture, they told me that there was a store in Matsumoto that sold it. I was told that there was a store in Matsumoto that handled Benten-musume. I am sorry. I will buy new sake when it comes out.
