TakatsuguThis is a limited edition leap year sake from Eikoufuji. Four years ago, I hadn't even encountered Eikoufuji, so naturally, this is the first time I've had it.
It has a well-rounded acidity, sweetness, and a clear taste. Although it is a pure sake, it goes down the throat smoothly without feeling heavy.
I am sure we will not be able to compare the taste in the next leap year, but this is a bottle that I want to remember to encounter in the leap year. It is delicious. ‼️
