Barbecue at home! Next is the summer haze at the back (^o^) I bought it at a sake fest and thought it was delicious!
It seemed to go well with meat, so I opened the bottle. The aroma is fruity with a hint of apple, more so than the previous Hiroki. The sweetness is moderate and the carbonation is strong! The bitterness and sourness come forward more! The aftertaste is refreshing and goes well with meat! It was gone in no time. It was gone in no time at all!
