あいぴょん
The melting snow of Oze that I love so much. This time I bought it through mail order from Isego Honten. I am not a fan of muddy sake, so I wondered about nigori sake. I thought I would like it, but I liked normal Oze no Yukizuke better.
I think it is on the dry side, but the peculiar taste of rice lingers strongly in the mouth. I felt it was more like a sweet sake.
It is more of an after-dinner dessert sake than a mid-meal sake.
