We drank a cold glass of "Rosenoyukidoke" from "Oze no Yukidoke".
It's a pink sake made with peach-colored yeast, so I was very interested in it.
The color is definitely "rosé"! The taste is slightly sweet and slightly sour. The aroma is also sweet and rosé-like. It's like a pretty drink. It's not a sashimi or salted fish, but it's a drink you want to drink with chocolate. (No picture of the label. Too bad!
