It exits cleanly and crisply, but the mouthfeel is firm (of rice?). You can feel the sweetness.
As I continued to drink it while enjoying my side dishes, I thought the sweetness was a bit bland, but if I hadn't been told otherwise, I wouldn't have known it was "super dry".
It was easy to stop drinking, and I liked it.
I learned another thing about "dry" sake.
