I bought it in a hurry, so I just realized it was not junmai sake.
It is easy to drink and mild on the palate. It has no lingering aroma characteristic of junmai, so it is good for those who don't like sake. For me, I would like it to be a little more drinkable.
I think it would go well with something not too rich, such as prosciutto ham or avocado salad. I will try it with tofu.
