The other day I was surprised to try UHA Taste Gummies "Kororo". This time I tried the Shimizu Hakuto flavor.
It was amazing! The gentle aroma and freshness of these peaches are just like white peaches themselves!
I looked at the ingredients list and saw "apple juice concentrate"...
Today's sake is made from Tottori's sake brewing rice, "Strong". It has a nice aroma anyway, like that of chiaotai sake, which is unique to strong sake.
The taste is light, with little sweetness, which may be a little too much for some people. However, the characteristic of this sake lies not in its taste but in its aroma. Sake is often described as sweet or spicy, but this is not the case; it gives the illusion of eating haze (although I have never eaten haze).
