The Nigolympics are now open. The cap flew to the ceiling for the first time even though there was no spillage 😳.
The aroma is clean and fruity. The supernatant is not too sweet, a little pear-like, and when mixed with the lees, somehow grapefruitiness is added. It is not very sake-like.
The second day, the chili sensation was still there and I finished the bottle.
I think the key to this sake is the pleasant bitterness. It's really delicious 😋I loved it.
