The aroma from the "mokkiri" poured over the opening of the mouth is amazing, and the aroma flies from the place where it was poured!
The mellow flavor mixed with a slightly rounded acidity and aroma spreads in the mouth and fills even the nostrils.
It is a special honjozo made with homemade pure rice sake lees shochu. Perhaps because of this, a firm fruitiness can be seen deep within the umami.
This must be the standard of Jyushidai.
It used to be available at a normal price, but now it is very hard to find it in general distribution (TT).
