Junmai Ginjyo, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, made with 60% polished rice from Nara Prefecture's Rohafu and Yamadanishiki, and bottled after being mixed with filtered oriki.
It has a fruity aroma and plenty of gas, reminiscent of freshly pressed sake.
Pleasant aroma of pear and white peach wafting through the air.
As the label's Yume Romance series suggests, it has a gorgeous atmosphere.
From the soft orikara (a kind of orikara) mouthfeel, the freshly popping gas transforms the sweetness into a clear, refreshing sensation.
There, the fruity aroma fills the mouth.
The creamy but concentrated feeling is very juicy, and the acidity that follows is irresistible.
After swallowing, it leaves a soft and lingering aftertaste that is just too good to resist.
This is delicious!
