武侯祠I'm in a low-alcoholic mood today, so I decide to have some leftover Senkou. The label was lined with attractive words such as "Super Ancient Method" and "Wooden Oke Brewing".
I was looking forward to drinking it, but the taste was different from what I expected. It had a strong acidity, even for a bottle of Senkou. I had thought that in the past, sourness was considered a bad thing and was eliminated.
To be honest, it was not my favorite. As a big fan of SENKYO, I will seal this sake.
