I drank it... series - the first drink...
Mmm. This is the first experience! The sake is made in Kagoshima prefecture. Above all, is it the brewer of Tominohozan?
As a shochu lover, we have a strong image of it.
They have started to make wine besides the shochu, and finally they came to the sake area!
But we want to drink it without preconception.
We have Jyusyudai in our mind, but we wondered if it's the line of Hanamura or Gakki Masamune...
I took a sip.
Pineapple with no fizz.
That was my first impression! But after that, it has a nice bitterness. There was a person who said, "How is it with food? There were some people who said that, but this one is not fancy.
The sweetness of the sake and the bitterness are the same, and although it can't be denied that it has a trendy "sweet" feeling, I thought it could be used as a food sake. But we think it is good as a food sake.
We wonder if it can be a "local sake" in Kagoshima where many taste sweet. But we don't think it is unnecessary.
But we think it is unnecessary. It is the first year of brewing, and we think some people will like it.
It may not be suitable for heating up, though. That's none of your business, is it?
