ラル大佐
My wife brought a gift of "Homazu" to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that she has been a regular customer at for many years.
Homazu" is a word in the Kochi dialect that refers to something small and insignificant that disappears and vanishes, such as a small allowance or a small feeling.
We sometimes receive a cup full of "koizu, homazuna dagetto ne tte~" (this is a little service).
This time, the homazu was an EXTRA of Jyushiyo, which is usually very strong.
It is said that the taste is not the same every year, but I wonder how many people can drink it properly every year. Well, it must be only those in a special area.
I can't exactly remember the taste of the previous EXTRA, but it was very sweet and fruity, just like Jyushidai.
Thank you very much!
