The first thing that hits the palate is its fresh, fruity aroma, with an impressive fresh sweetness reminiscent of muscat.
It is light and has a pleasant gaseous feeling with a clean aftertaste that does not tire the drinker.
The overall balance is very good, and it is a truly delicious dish that will keep you coming back for more.
