Chiebijin・・・This is the first time to drink this brand.
I'm looking forward to it because it's made by maturing undiluted sake until autumn.
It has a little bit of gas and a slight yellowish color, so you can definitely feel the aging. The balance of acidity and umami is perfect and it's really good!
It was the first sake I'd had in two weeks after my vaccination, so I was in a state of mindlessness for a while because of how delicious it was. It made me feel happy (*^^*)
