Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store
Purchased on the way back from visiting a friend in Fukushima 💰.
I often go to Yamagata but never bought Dewazakura even though I often see it 🤔, so I chose this one this time 💁.
The deciding factor was that the sake rice is Yukiohajin, Junmai Daiginjo, and the price is 1700 yen 💰.
The price is reasonable for the specs, so I bought it 🍶.
Nice to meet you Dewazakura Shuzo ‼️ I heard from the liquor store that it is a big brewery, but I wonder how big it is in Niigata?
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊.
The flavor is moist and mild, with a gentle, gradual umami image 😚.
It's not fruity, it's more like an elegant sake flavor. 🤔I think I'm beginning to understand the image of Snow Goddess Sake somehow 😊.
