The aroma is mild, but very nice, with an intoxicating sweetness like bananas or whipped cream. When the slightly sour brewing water is added, it has a pleasant sweetness like cream, a light mouthfeel and refined flavor that is only possible with Yamadanishiki, and a sourness that is typical of Senkou.
