On my way back from a trip to Nara, I visited the brewery and got this ✨I knew about Hiragana Mimuro Sugi, but this one seems to be limited to Nara Prefecture.
It was a freshly pressed sake with a fresh, slightly bitter, sweet aftertaste that made me want to drink it over and over again😍This one looks like it will open fast...
