Impression
Slightly effervescent when freshly opened.
The aroma is very fruity and gorgeous.
The aroma is not present in the aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can also smell the malted rice flavor. The overall taste is sweet due to the sugar and alcohol content, but there is also a good amount of acidity, so it is not overpowering. The bottle is rather modern and has a world view similar to that of Kaze no Mori.
The spiciness is moderate, and it is likely to show its strength as a food sake. At least, it goes well with soba noodles.
