I thought I'd like to buy some more sake from Hamamatsu.
so I dropped by Aeon and bought some.
It's the only brewery in Shizuoka with a female toji.

The sake is made from Shizuoka Honefuji.
It's a summer only sake. The color is quite yellow.
The aroma is not strong. If anything, it has a nutty aroma.
It is sweet but crisp.
I think the alcohol punch is stronger than the sweetness.
