It is said to be a umami type, but does that mean it is so mellow and delicious that it feels like sweetness? Honestly, it was sweet.
After passing through the throat, the sourness and the bitterness of the alcohol drained out through the nose.
It has an atmosphere that is not overshadowed by dishes with strong flavors, but the aftertaste is refreshing to the last degree.
