Went to a sushi chain for lunch with my wife and son.
I was going to go without sake, but
But they had sake from the Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita, so we had a glass 🍶.
The brewery is known for its "Snow Kayasha", "Bishu no Sekkei", and "Yuri Masamune".
As expected, this is a good sake with lots of umami, but not too sweet, and good acidity 👍.
